Bounders Dorsi-Stop produces a stop to tibial progression and therefore creates a ground reaction force. This ground reaction force helps reduce crouch gait or undue knee flexion and also gives a resting point for long periods of standing. Bounders Free Range does not stop tibial progression but instead provides resistance to progression of tibia in the early part of gait. Then it provides that active PF for increased forefoot propulsion and a more fluid 3rd rocker in the later part of the gait cycle.
